Here's my take, My wife had a thing for crispy fully cooked CB Hash in a patty. I was never that crazy about it (too many Boy Scout campouts I guess). So I started playin', Diced small onion or 1/2 a medium one 2/3 or 3/4 caramelized with your fat or oil, the rest in a bowl with the CB. Add the rest of the onions and two raw eggs. (I generally buy extra large). Mix like meatloaf. Bland? Freshly ground black pepper is your friend! Form into patties and cook like a burger.

Yes that’s true that grocery stores have stuff people on a tight budget can get, but the problem is dollar stores are the only place for some people to get food. I mean in food insecure areas, which only have access to this.

On my first months in on carni diet, I lost over 10kgs(started at 147.8), I cant stand organ meats so I just mix fish into my diet for the extra vitamins. I still fart plenty(thankfully, farts are funny) but they dont tend to smell. I deficate once every 2 or 3 days and its much easier and cleaner than it used to be for sure. I just had a couple of cheat days for some birthdays and straight away, poop 0nce or twice a day, I was getting regurgitation after eating and even was waking up choking despite going to bed 5 or 6 hours after eating. First night back on carni, I ate about half a kg of meat and cheese from MD's and went to bed about 2-3hrs later and I slept really well. I think this may end up being much more long term than initially intended.

oh lord, it's CMOT dibbler's sausage inna bun. hot dogs are made from the parts of critters people don't want to know they are eating. that's why they puree the meat goo so smooth, they don't want any of the original texture of the ingredients to remain. we eat every part of a critter, from the tip of the nose to the bit under the tail where the sun don't shine. it's just that hot doggies only get those two.

great value from walmart is the best canned chili dollar for dollar. bonus, it tastes best as well.

Suggestion: Toast the first slices, then set aside. Start toasting the second, and add the meat/cheese/egg on top of it, and the already-toasted slice on top as the bottom finishes. Then no flipping of sandwiches necessary, which can keep accidents from happening! :) Anyway, looks great, thanks for the video! Also, I love the music...reminds me of old NES games music.
